Main Workout
1) In/Out Squat Jump Squat – 4×10 reps
2) Good Morning – 3×15
3) Step up Knee Up (each leg) – 3×12
4) Reverse Tabletop Bridge – 3×15
5) Straight leg kickback (each leg) – 3×15
6) Reverse Frog Hyper – 2×15

REMINDER: Every Thursday I will be posting a full on fat burning, body sculpting REAL TIME resistance band workout! It will be a full length session that will have you sweating buckets, building lean muscle and burning unwanted fat!

Quickest Fat Loss Tips:
– Heavily reduce refined/processed carbs (SIMPLE SUGARS!!)
– Drink plenty of water or herbal teas (green tea)
– Eat intuitively (DO NOT EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL!)
